An adventure into something darker...
As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
The stench is so strong I have to hold my breath,
And stay pressed into the darkness,
The predator's far from harmless,
He'll put a dagger through your chest in the area that your heart is regardless...

The dark prince of Hell,
In his fire lit kingdom of prison cells,
It's the home to all evil,
No good does dwell,
And inside my mind my conscience repeatedly tells of the untold tales,
That bear the key to the truth,
About life and the American Dream...

My only objective is stacking green,
Dollar signs in my eyes have filled me with greed,
My throat slit by the beast so I continuously bleed,
Overtaken by his power so I get what I need,
I follow the left path because it's good to me,
And I do unto others as they do unto me...

It's getting harder to breathe,
The further I walk,
Spirits of the evil one,
In my head do they talk...

Influencing my decisions,
I'm locked in a mental prison,
On the inside looking out,
Will my sins be forgiven???

I'm forgetting,
Everything I've learned,
Fire produces heat,
And to the skin it'll burn...

It only takes one one turn,
To be eternally scarred,
Banned from Heaven's gates,
Forced to eat glass shards...

To swallow is hard as the flesh bleeds out,
I spread a wicked message when I open my mouth,
I know what Hell's about and it's hot down South,
With no water to kill the fire that I've got in my mouth...

It won't go out and the temperature's rising,
Are you more afraid of living,
Or more scared of dying,
Think before you answer or to yourself you'll be lying,
And denying the truth is sure to leave you crying.
