A poem about growing up and learning to live life even when things get rough.
It's hard to believe this is more than a dream,
or an eternity spent infinitely,
and it's hard to tell if this is heaven or hell,
cause I don't know what either mean.

Because under the sun in the blue of the sky,
is once and for all and forever where we lie,
between blades of grass along the path,
we try to, but we can never fly.

So we lay there, tangled and staring,
our consciousness and weaknesses blaring,
a magnetic pull, together we're whole,
you look into my eyes but we're not daring.

Cause all we have left is all we can give,
and we know there's nothing to do but live,
we're bonded and broken and I think knowing,
is all we need to live.
