Sleeping, and the different places we visit and the realities of our dream time.
The day is done, beneath the sun.
But tomorrow, I’ll rise again.
No fears while I’m sleeping,
Places to explore while I’m dreaming.
And people to greet me, from days gone before.
Wake again refreshed, dance tomorrow in.
No one to tell me hurry,
As I make waters on distant shores move,
I travel my world over, all from my pillow.
And sometimes I’m even, a child.
Sometimes a lover, sometimes a mother,
When I’m in slumber, I’m happiest of all.
