A little girl's wish exhibits the meaning of Christmas.
Dear Santa,

My big brother Joesph is the best brother in the whole world, but Mommy and Daddy are always yelling at him, and our big sister Ruth laughs and calls him names that make him sad. He's only happy when he and his friend Tyrone dress-up like ladies and play with me and my dolls. One day I heard he and Tyrone laughing about a beautiful sparkly red dress in Macy's window, and how happy he would be if he got it for Christmas. I don't know why Joesph likes to wear dresses, but if it makes him happy that's all I want for Christmas.

Thank you,
Mary
