Read it or don't. I mean I hope you do
Why's the sun always hide when I come sit outside?
2009, April 21st and I'm still alive?
Of course I'm alive. Can't you see I've been living.
It's tough to give thanks for what I haven't been giving.

There are things I've been given and there are things that I've took.
Is that an ice cream truck I hear? Should I go take a look?

Choose to sit here instead.
That incessant melody stuck in my head.
Storm clouds are marching as if to do battle.
Rules of engagement, but who's there to tattle?

Nobody saw, Nobody saw.
Nobody see's, it's Nobody's fault.
When I find Nobody, I'm gonna give him a talk.
"Hey, Mister Nobody, let's go for a walk."
Off in the cut where Nobody can see.
Only the two of us, Nobody and me.
I'll then ask the question, "How does Nobody get by?"
I just hope the answer, it don't make me cry.
I'll have to take caution because Nobody lies.

Sometimes I get blue, Nobody knows why. It'll be a strange day if ever Nobody dies.
