Passing through the world, not recognized and unseen.
Drifting in the darkness
Drifting in the light

Drifting through the day
Drifting through the night

We're all drifters in this world
Drifters through each others sight

Drifters on my left
Drifters on my right

Passing each other with the shallowest glance
Passing by each other, doing the drifters dance

When will we get to know each other
Become a name, not a sight

When will we stop being drifters
But rather a shining light
