Its about a child suffering with depression.
Depression

Depression is black as the night sky
It feels like an anchor pulling on my heart, as the ship pulls away
It sounds like a screaming child who is awaken at night by a nightmare
It taste as bitter as year old vinegar
It smells like a dying carcass on the side of the road
It looks like the pits of hell emerging from the ground
