poem to a lover, so close,yet so far.
Every word i tell you,
is but a drop of water,
in my endless sea of emotions.

Time and again, i try…
Oh how i try…
So many times, i ask myself why?

Why must i pay for the faults of others?
T’was not i who hurt You my love…
When shall you see how my heart it bothers?

How do you survive, without someone by your side?
the rules you place upon yourself, are to harsh to abide.
From my heart, i plead you, do not hide…

Let yourself free, and i shall keep you safe in my embrace,
I shall never let you go, till the end of this troublesome race;
To distant places we shall take our hearts… Lost without a trace.
