A poem about, what if...
'Imagine'

Imagine if you were the sun,
and you lit up way so high,
I wonder if you'd shine on me,
and see me when I cry.

Imagine if the moon was green,
and you could reach it, from the ground.
Would you grab hold, and climb atop?
As crazy as it sounds.

Imagine there, was no such thing,
as love and peace of mind.
Would you still feel, right at home,
If your broken heart, I'd find?

Imagine all the people, living on the streets,
we're really all the angels, living by God's feet.
Would you still walk by, without a smile,
Or would you extend a hand to meet?

I imagine many things,
with this mind of mine.
That's why I am a writer,
My words, are just a rhyme.

So imagine all you can,
and see what you can find.
I will stand fast, and carry on,
for I value, all my time.
