The Way I Feel

THE WAY I FEEL

1)

They say I'll never find love ,
I think that's because I fight my own wars , lift my burdens , take my own stand in the world .
I don't stand in the corner with huge admiring eyes as the boys fight against the world for me .
In a nutshell , men like them ladies helpless and desperate .

2)

I am a princess with a frightened heart
The bed is my Prince with sleep as his  shield ,
That saves me from the monstrous days .

3)

Every time I hear your name ,
Someone cuts open the healed wounds with a knife and they start bleeding afresh .

People say it's the heart ,
But I think it's the stomach which is the stage on which emotions dance

5)

Hydrogen gives all , when it forms a bond ,
Why can't we be more like it?

Neither love
Nor hope
Sometimes ,
I think
It's
CURIOSITY
that keeps us going .

Her life crumbles down into a heap of nothingness and she has to keep a straight face through it .
But

It didn't matter when she had no one to celebrate her happiness with , but now there is no one to share her woes with , and IT MATTERS .

Love never came her way and she never wanted it . But now as she lies alone in her bed , crying herself to sleep , she knows she needs it more than ever .

If  it's the quiet before the hurricane
or
just a pleasant calm.
