This poem attempts to convey my love of writing and how I feel compelled to obey the urge.
In the depths of night
I hear the voices I seek
They are calling me

Should I answer them?
They are all that I wish for
There is no question

I said long ago
Call and I will follow you
Let the muse take me

Nothing can stop me
I will land in its embrace
Leave me to my fate

The words will guide me
Lead me to serenity
I hear them tonight
