Beauty as we know it....
A common saying, an elder's preaching
Not to look for an outward beauty, it's diminishing
Instead look for a beautiful heart, it's everlasting.

But in reality, a pretty woman is all he wish to marry without hesitating
unthinking of the state of heart, dark and worthless, she is concealing.

Every not-so-good looking man dreams of a beautiful girl, it's shocking
Mesmerized with her beauty, goes into a whirl, how unbecoming!

A whirl of darkness, a whirl of sadness fall upon him unsuspecting
When the beauty fades away crumbling and the life goes by mocking.

My friend what beauty has to do with face, do some thinking
Grow up, don't follow the rat race, be more understanding.

Beauty should be in heart and soul that should last a lifetime
Unaffected unadulterated unbiased with greed or grime
