Writer's Cramp Contest Entry~processing grief and loss
I shudder to think of life without you
days spent wondering what if
should haves
could haves
Like fireflies trapped in a mason jar
looking through the glasses of life
confused soul
falling tears
A churn that keeps turning
like thoughts in my mind
over and over
bleeding emotions
I will have to carry on now
knowing you're still here
memories lasting
forever more
