Another poem about the personal affects of mental illness
So It Shall Be

Random thoughts, like ocean sand
Shift and rearrange inside my head
Drifting ever farther toward unknown
Only to find their way back home

Thoughts that survive the force
Unite themselves on a higher course.
Action seems mute for mankind
When battled against the rocks of time

When the ghost returns at last
Fear its name, for it is called ‘Past’
And in its wake reality survives
Only to rape the innocent and wise.
