The morning light awakens me ,,, A Kit'z Higher Rating Entry
Remnants

The morning light awakens me and I reach out for you.
All I find is emptiness though your scent still lingers.
I lie here and I inhale deeply of the sheets imbued.
The softness of your skin still plays upon my fingers.

Memโ€™ries of the night before return and I recall
the sights and sounds and smells of our unbridled passion.
They dance across my mind like shadows on the wall
and they return to haunt me, each in its own fashion.

I see your face, with pleasure flushed, eyes imploring me
to take you hard and deep as your excitement mounts.
In those moments that we share, our passions are set free
and being with each other is the only thing that counts.

I taste the sweetness of your skin. The saltiness of lust
accents the subtle flavors that I taste in you.
You've shared your body's secrets and given me your trust
by opening your soul to me - nothing is taboo.

I hear your sighs of pleasure as you welcome me within
and in passion's union, I feel myself complete.
Your fervor is like lava, it burns beneath your skin
and I revel - inch by inch - in your reflected heat.

I feel you cast away any doubts or hesitation
as teeth bite into shoulders and fingers claw at me.
Gone is any pretense. We need to find completion
as we free our spirits to pleasure's destiny.

The time is late. I hesitate. It's time to start the day.
A gentle longing fills my heart as I go out the door.
With a sigh filled glance at the rumpled bed, I pull myself away
knowing that the night will come and love will reign once more.
