This poem is about how we wear masks!
WORDS

You will never know

What one is hiding;

In his wretched heart

A secret he is keeping.

The smile may be fake

The tears may be true;

The smile may just slip

After knowing the bitter truth.

The mask may be perfect

But still it is flawed;

Go on, hide your feelings

Keep up the charade that is fraud.

We wear masks to mask our feelings

Afraid of what we truly feel;

It may not be necessary

But its necessity we feel.
