Why must you be so extreme? 20 lines 97 words
Oh, sun.
Oh, glowing ball of flames.
How I despise you!

All you do in summer
is burn my fair skin.
I'm Asian, for crying out loud!
You should be making me tan,
not lobster red.

And in winter, you hide.
You let the clouds come
and cover you up,
then they bring rain
to make it all cold again.

Really, Mr. Sun,
is it really too hard
to come up with a happy medium?

One where you don't burn my skin
redder than Ariel Mermaid's hair
and don't go hiding behind
the clouds all day long?
