On Confidence

"Fake it 'til you make it,"
people like to say
and maybe that's
the old-fashioned way
of become someone you're not,
but in reality,
it still works.

Gaining confidence
is an exercise
of the mind
of the body
and
of the spirit.

And it is found
that once one aspect
has gained confidence
the others are soon to follow.

It is through this
that confidence can be gained.
