A short poem
My soul is a restless gypsy

Wandering from town to town

Always on the move

Embracing the freedom to explore

But the gypsy is not truly free

She is shackled by fear and weakness

Worried about the "what if's"

Not embracing true adventure

Always wondering about the other side

The unknown, the unexplored

Will the gypsy ever find a home?

A place where her soul can truly rest

And not continually wander like a nomad

To have wanderlust is exciting

But not when you are a caged bird

And you have built your own cage

I embrace my gypsy soul

And will follow where it leads me.......
