A poem about how even when you're perfect it is still not enough.
He unraveled me and I became undone before him, a shade of tomorrow
Yesterday's blood flowing through cobalt veins
Rib cage caved in from the weight of sour compliments
All of my ​bones caved in
Organs shaped how he needed them to be
Face carved into the shapes that he needed them to be
Salted ocean pouring out of a sunken spine
Curved in cursive cunning centered... cold
Fire scalding the back of my eyelids
I wish I was warmer
