Inspiration for this was a sunset and the song "everything we forget" by have a nice life

Oh but when the sky is on fire
Tell me, what do you desire?
Or do you just admire?

The sky turns grey and blue
Aching for the moon
Everything we forget
Gets captured by a sunset

My head turns
I look for you
The light in the dark
But you’ve vanished
Timid flames shimmer through
the once so vivid you
