Why Small Businesses are Better?

Personally, I prefer buying from small shops instead of buying from big companies. What I usually purchase are books and shoes. Through using the internet, I came across an article that speaks to me personally as a buyer. Check the link down below.

I will only discuss two topics. First is that the owners of small business truly care about their customers. Second, they offer the best prices.

Have you ever noticed every time you purchase online or at a local store that mostly they ask what particularly are looking for? They will give you a variety of services and quality of products with the aim of satisfying your needs as compared to some big companies that their staffs will not even try their best to accommodate your needs. Again, this is just a personal preference. When I entered at an international bookstore, I asked one of their staffs and it seems that he does not care and gives his best to look for a book that I am inquiring. As compared to when I checked online at a local bookstore and asked the owner selling preloved books, the owner replied and sent me actual book pictures and informed me if I will be okay with minor damages. If you will ask me, I prefer buying books from online thrift stores because they care and value about their customers. They are being honest and they care about what their customer will feel.

Second, small businesses offer the best prices. For small businesses, you can ask for a discount or even a bargain without sacrificing the quality of your output. However, for big companies, you cannot ask for discounts unless they give sales but only on certain commodities, such as shoes.
