A deep buried heartache and pain they never tell a soul.
The deep melancholy strings of the cello

Plays a heart-rending melody of deep sorrow

In it we hear the anguish held in our soul

We think this pain will never be told

We drink of this melody like a drunkard

We sing the song of the broken hearted
