This is a Shakespearean sonnet about health and exercise.
I go to the gym almost every week
And every day I have myself a walk
I never wanted to ever be weak
So I take action now and not just talk

My body has carried me all my days
Once overweight, and stressed and worried too
I'm stronger than before in many ways
I work because there's nothing else to do

My body's healthy and it looks good now
I don't run like I need to, but I'm strong
If I stop working, my health will go down
With this strength, how can I ever go wrong?

My mom taught me to eat my vegetables
My quality of life's incredible!
