Every person I’ve come across has taught me a lesson.

Some harsh, some beautiful, some normal, but I’m not regretting.

Cause Life is about People.

Everyone is on equal footing.

All capable of good or evil.

Depends on which view you’re looking.

Just because you’re nice, doesn’t mean that you’ll be treated better.

Love, friendships, & even family doesn’t last forever.

Communication is the ultimate factor,

& I’m never afraid to talk.

Conflict resolution is an uncomfortable conversation.

That can cause relationships to stop.

I done burned some bridges,

I done repaired some unions.

I done walked away from people that I really wished I didn’t end up losing.

I done felt a spark with people, but never acted on it.

So we remained strangers, & I mentally wondered what would’ve come of it?

Life is not fair.

& neither are people.

If a person can get ahead,

At your detriment, that’s not evil.

True people by your side require consistent communication, understanding, & willingness to foster it.

Relationships are like money: Hard to come by, but easy to throw away when you bother it.

Some folks will manipulate you, & make you feel less than.

When in reality, they’re the ones messed up, but hide their scars from you, giving demands.

Some folks will truly love you, never leaving your side.

Always there when you call, & even there on time.

Reciprocating your energy with love, passion, power, & peace.

Even in the darkest moments, they remind you to “Count on me.”

People seem to know how others should govern their lives,

Yet are struggling with their own.

Folks can want to always be surrounded by girls & guys,

While others prefer to be alone.

You can program yourself for success,

Or program yourself for evil.

When you truly master your mind & emotions,

You can even program OTHER people.

People can be jealous of whatever you’ve attained,

Wishing it was them in your position.

Yet those folks don’t wanna go through the trials & tribulations,

Cause it’s too hard of a mission.

People will try to gather just to go against you, but you can’t break, bend, or kneel.

They save the hardest tasks, the hardest jobs, & the most demanding opportunities, for the most capable people.

Some folks have no one to lean on, & life has them by themselves.

Yet, they still end up interacting with people, can’t you tell?

In order to level up in life, you need a certain level of respect & honor from Men & Women.

People of the world are the reason you can go higher than your position.

So remember, when you’re alone, & don’t understand why some folks are good, or evil,

Just remember that life is only fair, when you remember it’s about People.
