When what is left becomes what does restore us.
No sweeter breath has e're been breathed than when it's breathed in silence
for it stills the mind from time releasing all requirements
that harbor thoughtful much to do’s and places yet to rush
daily chores and time restraints that hamper most and much
other rather needs that bade, trials and turmoils that invade
as we go about our lives each and every single day.

So sweet this breath, so much refreshing for a hurried soul
who toils the day from dawn till dusk keeping right the whole
all their wants and all their needs with family and friends
needing this breathe in our lives to wish and welcome in
yielding to its sweet relief from all that pulls it sway
so dear this breath for every mind who cares and craves the day.

For a moment in their life where all is all but naught
just to be as we exist in solitary thought
within the scheme of holy dream where we are one with God
no sweeter breath is e’re so needed in our daily trod
where the pretense of our doing falls from heavy shoulders
to the ground where what is left becomes what does restore us.
