Here are some of my super deep thoughts on meditation.
My entire life. I mean since like the age of 6 or 7, I have genuinely thought about sitting in one spot for the rest of my life. Idk why but I have. Eventually, I realized I couldn't live without food and water and daily activity... but eventually after walking on my spiritual path so far and learning more and more, why not sit for 8-19 hours a day. Why not, why not for weeks in a row. No speaking, eat and drink once a day, strict small diet. Maybe a 5-minute nature walk. I mean your body can be asleep while your consciousness is awake and doing positive activities. I've seriously thought about it... But at the same time, I have a life to live and maybe eventually I will start to meditate a lot more than I do now and keep my body and soul clean and pure. Of course, even the thought of waiting on it so I can enjoy "negative" things in life instead of doing it now is bad for my spiritual enlightenment. But it's real, maybe I won't necessarily "evolve" into another higher being. But to be something "more" "brighter", "rarer". After I pass on and proceed onto wherever I go.
