This poem is about returning home after being away for a long time.
Ghost

These ruins were once mine,
My crumbling lanes and rusted towers
My air choked with grumbles and groans
I took the milk of quiet anxiety and the food of gloom that
was my haunt.
And now I am back,a ghost
Cut away from my manor
Only to find my way back
Back to a haunt that is no longer mine
The rust still clings, and the
Empty hearts and faces still glide
Over cracks and discarded dreams
But as I find my way I know,
Oh how I know I am now
Less than a ghost in a haunt that
Was my own
