Feeling good about seeing another day top-side rather than looking up at roots.
God placed His angels around me while I slept.

All night long, they shielded me from the evil one.

Death was barred from my door.

Sickness was held at bay, and,

Grace and mercy came to make sure I woke up.

Thank you, God, for heaven has smiled on me once again.
