A morning during the transition of seasons
New budding leaves fresh and green
Bloom on quivering branches
As the breeze rattles through them
In the early morning chill
Breaking the quiet with the birds
Before the real noise of the morning begins
There is peace under the cloudless blue sky
As winter melts into spring
