QUICK SPONTANEOUS WRITING
quick thoughts
scribbled
clean page
marked

thoughts
out racing pen
freedom happens
when
emotion releases
inner spirit unbound
self recognized
clarified
renowned

only then
am I free
my chains
fade away
only when
the poet speaks from within
spontaneous
again and again
and
straight away
