Waiting for her to come, yet to no avail...
Why are you doing this?
What you gave to me, taking away my bliss.
I treated you as best I could
Treat you like a God I would
But yet I sit here and wait
sitting in the dark till it's too late.

I just want to hear your voice.
A greeting, a "hello" whatever your choice.
I reach out to you, but to no avail
Look for you, but you left no trail
You said you loved me, was this true?
Or was that just a lie, given to me by you?

For I still love you, and always will
I'll wait for you as I do still
But answer me this my fair maiden
What's that you're doing to make me laden
We did talk of houses and homes
Of white picket fences with stepping stones

And just when I thought my dream had come true
God had granted a love for me and you
For I would be faithful until my end
Hold you in my arms and to no one lend
The feeling you give inside me is great
And many on this earth to us doth hate

For we had something none other had
And to lose it not knowing why makes me sad
Come back, and bring to me what we once shared
You and I in heaven we were destined and paired
Fated to live in eachothers company
In harmony, perfect, like a symphony

But yet you leave me cold and alone
And no answers to these questions does my mind hold
I do love you, but I cannot go on much longer
For the feeling of abandonment doth grow stronger
If you'd only come back and say you love me
Always and forever will I love thee
