The Prompt: Use all these words in a poem. Order is not important: friendship spring white yellow blue green joyful flowers

A Blooming Friendship

That March morning the breeze was scented
With the fragrance of friendship that swirled
Between us.

There was a spring in my walk,
And the flowers, they bloomed prettily
For us.

Under the blue skies, we danced
As the evening shadows passed
Through us.

White turned black as night crept up,
Silently, the yellow - green garden dissolved
Behind us.

We stayed there, caring and joyful,
Two friends, needing each other close -
Just us.

And no one else.
