this poem is about our car rides with our kids
Mommy, mommy she hit me!
Dad, Ty gave me a boo-boo!
No I didn't, you're lying!
Mom, what are you gonna do?

Daddy, I have to go pee!
Quit throwing your toys at me!
Mommy, dad, are we there yet?
Trina, quit yelling at me!

Ty, will you leave me alone?
Please, I wanna take a nap.
Trina, quit pulling my hair!
Better stop before I slap!

NOW TRINA, NOW TYLOR,
WILL YOU PLEASE STOP THIS NONSENSE!
PLEASE BE QUIET AND SIT DOWN,
YOU'RE MAKING DAD AND I TENSE!

Now the car is calm inside,
the bickering is now done.
Just then my husband whispers,
hey, let's have another one!
