I have seen Perfection
and I DO NOT want it!

It is a false beauty
that is jealous in its precision.

Its manner is rude and cold
and it holds no humor in its barren core.

It demeans all before it
if only to flaunt its superior status.

Perfection is a fickle mistress
that does not see its own flaws.

I have seen Perfection
and I DO NOT want the job;
I have much better things to do!
