I beat a park legend in basketball and I felt inspired to write this poem enjoy!
He is the best,
He's never been beaten.
No one can stop him,
Even when cheating.

Now it's my turn,
I must win.
Failure isn't an option,
I'm in the lion's den.

I look at his feet,
And look at his hands,
Look at the crowd,
To see all his fans.

I fake to the right,
I go to the left.
He tries to hear his coaches,
But the crowd makes him deaf.

I jump my highest,
I'm over his head,
The ball slices the net,
The screams fall dead.

The crowds noise restarts,
And a new chant begins.
He, the new great one,
Who no one can defend.
