A woman is dumped by her lover after knowing her for so long. She feels heartbroken.
Love Tessa, I have known you so long,
I remember the days you said you loved me
I remember the days you kissed my lips.
What made you change your mind?

Us girls would drive to the country,
Look into each other's eyes,
Stay silent for what seems an eternity
And slowly I kissed you and you kissed me back.

As I sit on my sofa staring at you,
I expect you to say we can be together forever,
Instead you take my hands
And you tell me 'it's over'.

At first I laughed,
I just could not take it in.
What were these words you said?
Do you fool me or did you not love me?

You rise from your seat,
I rise with you and try to stop from leaving.
Why had you said this to me?
I just could not believe you.

You rushed to the door, but I stopped you.
I would not let you leave me,
Instead I grabbed a chair and threw it at you.
It hit you on the back of your head.

You fell to the floor,
Were you dead?
I stand in my place for what seems an eternity.
I walk towards you and find that you are gone.

I realise my actions and decide to run.
I could run forever and ever,
No one could catch me.
Not even you, my love.

I could not bear to see you with someone else.
My heartbreak took over my body.
I had no control over my actions.
You took yourself from me, now you are dead.

I will never forget you.
I will never stop loving you.
But soon I will join you.
As this gun is shot through my own head.
