I enjoyed this piece very much, all flowed very well and told a strong story,loneliness is a terrible thing, there are still some kind people out there,reaching out to those in need,I always say manners and kindness costs nothing so we should be doing it a lot more often. Love this piece,so sweet, every line flows freely,love is a strong emotion, takes over us to which we have no control,beautiful last two lines, there beside you-I will be, and there I'll stay- just wait and see. Loved this piece, so very true, happiness starts from within, it's hard to love others if your not happy in yourself,after suffering depression for twenty years, i know exactly what that means,starting with small things, times that gave you a smile,made you feel positive,feeling down can make those thoughts disappear, to make you feel worthless, not wanted, there is help out there, for we are not alone,no one should suffer in silence or be afraid to ask for help, and we as humans should help others when in need,we all suffer at times,we can't always be on yop of the world.I think to be honest when you feel well and you read something like this its easy to take it in,but when you are down or depressed, your head has so many negative thoughts that it clouds how you think and believe you will never be well again. Six years I have been free from depression, through positive thinking. Fantastic piece of advice.I have a couple of poems, would love your feedback on them, many thanks.Keep smiling
Really enjoyed this piece,wanted to read it to the end,I was captured within the poem, loved how each time you put do not disappear,funny what love does to you,no matter how much you try you cannot be strong when you are in love, everything goes out of the window, for me anyway lol, I wear my heart on my sleeve, so if my heart gets broken, it shatters into a thousand pieces,when you feel like your losing someone it can make you sick to your stomach, and desperate to try and keep that person,the poem had impact,and I felt for the character in the poem, his desperation to keep this person from leaving, very well done.If you feel like a read take a look at my poem My love.
Wow, this really got to me,so true,as depression progresses you listen to only the negative thoughts as the positive thoughts begin to vanish with each day,I loved the way you said he sits down beside me like some kind of coach, bang on Mr, Another night of regret, another night with me,you doubt yourself, you hate yourself and all you want is to wake up and for it to be gone, each hour each day is a struggle, which gets worse the more it takes a grip until you think you are going insane, makes my stomach churn even thinking about how i use to feel, actually it scares me to be honest, i suffered depression for twenty years and have been free from it for the last six years. This was very emotional and i thought that was great, fantastic writing well done. Be safe, be strong and remember to smile.
