I'm finding flights to CR for about $500. Hotels seem to be open. Required covid-insurance is about $11/day (154/2weeks).

Italy wins Eurovision. 2nd France, 3rd Suisse, 4th Ísland, 5th, Україна.

Where, oh where will it be held? Milan would be my 1st guess. Rome, Venice or Naples would be a mess. No idea whether Bologna or Turin could host it. A city has to have the proper venue for the actual event and enough hotels for guests.

Anyhoo... tears for Malta, Bulgaria, Portugal and Belgium. 0 points for UK again. The English haven't cared about Eurovision for a long time. Germany and Spain bombed as expected.

The jury vote must be people in the music industry. The public? Perhaps teenyboppers. Politics, religion, racism, regionalism all play a part.

Regardless, it's good exposure for the artists.

Sometime this afternoon they opened the new bridge!
