One Short Story Written

I’ve finished with my WDC Short Story for this month. At least I think that I have done it. According to my tablet, I have written it. But when I tried to bring it up on my laptop, it didn’t come up. So, I went into my tablet to make sure it was still finished. Only when I tried to get it on my laptop again, it still didn’t do it. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Hopefully, it’s just a time-release problem. What I mean by that is that I saved my second Short Story for this month to OneDrive so that I could start working on it if there was time to do it at work yesterday. At first, it wasn’t on OneDrive. but shortly after that, it was. I’m hoping that will be true when I try to bring it up after I write and post this blog entry.

Speaking of this blog entry, and the ones I have done for the last two days, I haven’t been posting them in my scriptwriting blog. I have been doing it in my non-scriptwriting one. And I didn’t even know I was doing that until I posted the one from yesterday when I noticed it. At first, I was going to post it in the right one. Then I decided that these are the right ones. After all, they are about short stories and not scripts.

As for my second Short Story for this month, I did have a couple of hours that I could have started working on it. But I decided not to do that. Why did I do that? Because it was the last two hours of my shift. And it usually gets very busy during those hours. Especially, when I’m at work on a Friday. Yesterday was no exception. It was very busy at work yesterday. I’m not surprised about that, though.

It was very busy the whole day. And with the new changes, it was even busier than it has been lately. I know it’s that time of the year where I work. But because of the changes, it was even harder. Luckily, I only had about four hundred words to write to finish this Short Story. And work did slow me down a little. But not that much. It just took me a little longer to write then than I thought it would take.

Today, I’m going to start working on my second Short Story that I’m trying to finish before the end of this month. with only a few days away, normally I would say that’s impossible for me to do. But because of my tablet, I may be able to do it. It all depends on how much of it I can get done over the weekend. If I can get at least half of it done, I should be able to make it.
