No Vacation Time Off Today

Today was supposed to be a day off from our moving to our new house. But it wasn’t. My brother and I needed to do something near our old place. Even though it was a big waste of time, we still decided to go back to our old place. We didn’t take too much on this move. But we figured that it was better than nothing. Especially, since we were about ten miles from our old place.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the new day off. And as of this blog entry, it’s still going to be. Of course, this can all change before I go to sleep or after I wake up tomorrow. I don’t think that will happen this time. Because I think it will be a day off for us. True, we will only have a few more days to finish this move. But we should be able to do it. After all, basically, all we need to do at our old place is to clean it. What little we are going to clean.

If I do have a day off from moving, I should be able to get some writing done on my WDC Short Story for this month. I know that we do have a few things that we need to do tomorrow. But they shouldn’t take us too long to do them. If that is also true, I can work on this Short Story. Don’t know if I can finish it in one day. But there is a very good chance I can get at least half of what is left to get done. If not a lot more than that.

Unfortunately, what I’m not trying to write about is that I didn’t get any writing done today either. Why didn’t I get any writing done on this Short Story today? Even though we didn’t bring back to our new house too much from our old place. It’s because we got up early again today. And we were very tired by the time we got back here. So, tired that we both dozed off soon after we unloaded what little we did bring back there.

I know that I’m supposed to be blogging about my scriptwriting projects in this blog. But it’s very important to me that I get this Short Story written by the end of this month. And there are only a few more days for me to do it. Once I get it written, I will start working on my scriptwriting projects again. After all, once I start back to work, I may not be able to do it at work. This is still up in the air as to whether I will be able to do that at whatever post that I get.

This is if I return to who I used to work for. That was the plan after my Vacation Time Off. But when I went there right after the big move, it didn’t sound like this was going to happen. If that’s true, I may need to get another job. Maybe even one outside of security. There is one possible security job that I may be able to get. But if I can’t get that, I will need to start looking for a clerical position. If I need to do that, writing at work will be a thing of the past. Probably watching tv and movies on my cell phone too.
