My fingers are determined to touch each key correctly. I need to rephrase that. My mind is determined to direct my fingers to accurately touch type this blog entry.

I remember the typing class I took in the summer class between my junior and senior high school years. I played classical piano from the age of four, so typing came naturally. I developed a showmanship typing style that would gain Liberace's approval. Tonight, the appendages are worn out. I can feel the stabbing pain in my hands. I rarely take anything for pain. It must be some sort of sick kind of silent self-flagellation to what purpose, I have no clue. The technical term is carpal tunnel syndrome.

It has been a nice day. Touching base with my favorite people and now waiting for the lasagna to cool and eat.

I think I will look around in my spiffy medicine bag for something to ease the pain.
