Again working toward the 9 PM deadline to have this record for today. When the time changes here in October there will only be 2 hours behind the WdC clocks.

So much to do about spookiness. All around things are hopping with activity. Today some cartons of my things stored since 2007 were brought to me. My collection of music boxes and other keepsakes. A few of my pieces of Princess House crystal. I simply love the pattern.

Among the mementos was a small frame 3"x5". It is a one frame cartoon cut from a newspaper long ago. My mom's college degree is in history. On family trips, not one historic monument escaped us stopping to read it and think about the historic land we were standing on or viewing. The cartoon is a picture of a man standing by an historical marker that reads:

Here stands the historical marker commemorating the first hysterical marker.

The hysterical is intended to be the joke. I had given my mom the cartoon since she was so emphatic about stopping for these markers on the two road/camping trips we took from the east to west coasts. She had it framed and put on her desk.
