This morning I read my weekly newsletter from author Ashley Neese. She wrote:

"I like to think of myself as a plant in my garden that needs water, good soil, sunshine, and gentleness to grow. If I can nourish myself at that fundamental level, it can support my capacity in spades. It can help me go through whatever it is I need to go through."

I like that thought. I should learn from it. I need to nurture myself. Take care I feed my body and my mind. Remember there is more to my life than checking tasks off on my just do it list.

I promise myself I will do that...right after I finish a couple of things on my just
do it list.
