Can You?
Can you feel me?
As I sit here in the dark,
and I whisper repeatedly,
love me.

Can you hear me?
As I sit alone and cry,
can I be,
the reason why?

Can you touch me?
As I stare at nothing,
leaning against a tree,
filled with an eternal longing.

Can you save me?
As I search for a loving soul,
among the free,
someone to fill the hole.

Can you love me?
As I lie here in your arms,
giving you the key to my heart,
can you be there for me?
