"Good Husband Material"

Okay.... this whole story is weird, but I'll spare you the nitty gritty details and just give you the point:

Nate: A guy I work with.
John: A guy from my Bible study.

So, I've been interested in John for awhile now. He's a good guy.

I found out about 3 weeks ago that John and Nate were roomies. I thought that was very interesting.

Well today, Nate asked me if I was interested in John. My answer: "He's a good, clean Christian guy. Of course I'm interested."

Nate then told me about how he was planning on hooking John up with a girl. He then tried to sell me on the idea of John. His best statement? I'm gonna bold it for ya: "He'll make a good husband. He's a hard worker. He wakes up early everyday to work."

How funny. "Good husband material". As if that's what I'm looking for right now...

Nate's a good guy though. He really has the best in mind for John.
