I was thinking of a friend who because of depression self medicates ... I do miss him ...

With amber colored non-prescription glasses, I can see well enough to walk, but cross the road? And details are lost. Still, the greens are greener and bland tan deepens into rich brown. The blues are dulled, but the contrast of light and dark is sharper on a day when the sun washes everything out.

The moon was orangish at 5 this morning. Darker at the top. Couldn't stay up for the whole eclipse. Earlier in the night, it was one of the biggest, brightest, yellow full moons I've ever seen.
