Moving day ......

Today was moving day. I'm tired. I'm sore. Took one hot bath and may take another. Tonight I'm sleeping on the floor so that by tomorrow noon I'm finished.

This move is temporary. Should've just put my stuff in storage. May just go ahead and do that anyways. I have a few keepsakes. My valued possessions = my writings.

Friday 1 am was exciting. Very bad storm. A tornado touched down a few miles NW outside of town. Night storms are extremely dangerous. I tried to ignore it. Didn't get up like I normally would. I like watching storms.

So ... Sunday is dedicated to finishing up here and cleaning. Then the 'new' place which needs to be cleaned, fumigated, etc. The former tenants left a bit of a mess (I've seen worse). They also left two unopened bags of beans ... we good to go!
