Day 6: Stretching my mind

Mind isn’t just a part of our physical body, it’s a part of our spirits as well. Mind is the point that body and soul merge into an individual entity. It’s the point that must go beyond material and physical to embrace the spiritual part of human nature. When the mind is stretched an individual goes beyond the point of no return and enters another dominion of reality.

My mind received a good stretching a few years ago when I encountered a new concept, a new definition of unity. It had to do with a new concept of God, which I encountered. According to this concept, God is an entirely spiritual being and an unknowable essence. God neither descends into nor ascends from physical form. God is not begotten nor does God beget. God’s attributes are manifested (reflected) to human beings through another human being. Once I accepted this vision of God I realized that not only is humanity a single species created by the Unknowable Essence we call God, but all revealed religions come from the same spiritual source.
