Embracing Opportunity

I need a unique opportunity to come along. An opportunity that will get me the money to pay a $302.40 power bill. All right, I know for sometime this was going to happen. I've expected it to occur because it happens every summer. The power bill crest the $300.00 mark, so this wasn't unexpected. Still I always dread the first one that arrives.

The $302.40 is the July bill and it's due September 6, therefore, I have some time to raise or find the money to pay it. I'm not sure where the money will come from just yet, but I'm confident I'll figure out how I'm going to get the money. Now that the dreaded bill has arrived, I'm relieve.

Part of the relief could be that I'm back on my meds, so nothing seems as bad as it does when I'm off them. It could also be that I've expected this for so long I prepared myself for its occurrence. Whatever the reason, the bill is here and I can't do anything except pay it when the time comes.
